Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Tizzy’s Trinkets is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by address errors
- Returned packages due to insufficient or incorrect addresses
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Tizzy’s Trinkets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to assist customers in filing claims with the carrier when possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of:
- The damaged item
- Packaging materials
- Shipping label
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers will be contacted with pickup details once the order is ready.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select items. Customers are responsible for:

- Duties
- Import taxes
