Tizzy’s Trinkets Return Policy
At Tizzy’s Trinkets, every item is made with care and many products are custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place:
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- An error was made on our end
Please double-check all spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and customization details before placing your order.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging when possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work quickly to make it right through a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Cancellations
Custom orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
